Only if you want your own courses shown; otherwise tell us your major and let us put the course list together for you. Everything else — school, your name, dates, GPA — is entered on the order form.
Can I order more than one set?

How long does it take?
Standard production is 3 business days. Choose rush production on the order form and your proof is ready in 1 business day (business days only — we're closed on weekends, so a rush order placed on Friday is ready on Monday). After approval we print and ship, with overnight shipping available, or deliver a PDF if you choose digital delivery at checkout.
