Toyal Tiyell Kelly of Gastonia, NC, on October 24th, 2024 purchased a Herzing University fake diploma from our company. Then once we did the work and after having the fake degree in hand, the credit card holder filed a fraudulent charge back. Scamming our company out of payment for the goods and services we provided. Given the fraudulent history with this customer, it is our belief that he may be using this fake diploma to possibly defraud current or future employers.
