The institution, the certification name, your name and the dates on the order form; there is a notes field for anything else. A free digital proof is emailed before anything prints.
How long does it take?
Standard production is 3 business days. Choose rush production on the order form and your proof is ready in 1 business day (business days only — we're closed on weekends, so a rush order placed on Friday is ready on Monday). After approval we print and ship, with overnight shipping available, or deliver a PDF if you choose digital delivery on the order form.
