Secondary-school layout DM011 (best for GED) or DM012 (best for a high school diploma style), a gold foil seal fused onto the document, signed with our made-up in-house signatures or left blank for you to sign; 8.5×11 or 8×10 as standard, or “Other” for any size up to 11×17.
What's on the GED transcript
Test scores. The five subject areas and the score for each. Student record. The school's name, city, state and address, your name and address while in school, an identification number and the date passed.
