This is to add a “printed hard copy” to go along with the digital version. The standard price does not include shipping. If you wish to have a hard copy shipped to you, please make sure to pick one of the shipping option and not “digital only”. Please make sure to include your previous order ID number in the Order Notes box on the next page and pick a shipping option.
